Add ability to add code page as "IBM01047"

A z/os Explorer customer also uses File Manager with a Microsoft Focus plugin.
The plugin does not read the code page as IBM-1047.
Instead the code page has to be in this format, IBM01047.

    For the RFE, rather than specifically adding a particular code page such as IBM01047, IBM01147, we think it would make more sense to provide a preference or some other kind of mechanism that allows a user to specify additional host encodings if they don't have the one they are looking for. Would this meet your requirements?

    Actually the code page should have been IBM1147, not IBM1047 but I don't think the specific code page matters in the design of this.

    Correction on the code page # itself - I typed 1047 but the code page the customer wants is 1147.
    Not sure that matters in the design in general, but I just wanted to clarify.
