Provide a new User exit for the following functions Job tailoring : JCL directive FETCH Automatic Recovery: Statement RECOVER, Parameter ADDPROC Today the JCL for a FETCH member is always read from EQQJBLIB and the JCL for ADDPROC member is always read from EQQPRLIB, there should be an option to get the JCL from different sources like exit EQQUX002 for the JCL of a job. Possible Solution: Use for both functions the JCL read Exit EQQUX002 with the enhancement, which caller called the exit.
Use case:For Security and Performance reasons there are several exits active. The JCL read exit EQQUX002 reads the JCL from a special DDName, associated with the TWS authority group. The access to TWS resources and joblibs are controlled by RACF. We don't have this option when we use 'RECOVER ADDPROC' or 'Job tailoring FETCH'! All JCL read functions should be use the same JCL read procedure!. This way it is possible to satisfy restricive security specifications and make the use of a JCL Management Tool easier and to use only the authority group to ‘select' the JCL.
