Add SHIFT and SHIFTDAYTYPE to WAPL LIST GENDAYS

With WAPL, the LIST GENDAYS can be used to generate the passage dates for a RULE.

Unfortunately, SHIFT and SHIFTDAYTYPE cannot be encoded in LIST GENDAYS. So the dates determined are wrong.

However, the GENDAYS for this interactive RULE does take SHIFT and SHIFTDAYRULE into account and therefore provides the correct dates.

Without the SHIFT being taken into account the results that GENDAYS produces cannot be fully trusted and DIFFER from the dates shown by GENDAYS within TWS. Therefore this should be considered a bug.
