Add SPACES delimiter in WAPL VARSET WORD

On the Bell Canada account, in the WAPL code used to migrate a Z batch scheduler to IZWS 9.5, we are using the VARSET WORD command to parse the syntax of a scheduling interface. The original syntax of the scheduling interface allows the use of multiple blank characters between the keywords.

When making use of the SPACE delimiter in VARSET WORD, only a single blank character is used as the delimiting character. Therefore, if several blank characters are present, the next "word" returned is a blank. This is why we are requesting the addition of one new delimiter keyword (e.g. SPACES) in order to return real words isolated by any number of blank characters.
