The max value (65535) of Network OCC IDs is too small in huge environments

We run into dataloss situations when the usage of NetWork OCC IDs is 100%. We are monitoring the EQQMC03I message and we got this event very often at night before we schedule a daily planning job (e.g. CP Replan). In a situation when we have to avoid any daily planning activities we run into this dataloss situation with many of EQQE013E events!

So the raise of the amount of the NWK OCC IDs is essential for us ...

    Perhaps there is also a way to display a second warning message when 90% of NWK OCC Ids is used?

    If all possibilities to reduce the number of occ networks are exausted raising the value is the only option left.
