zCentric job delays due to

We are looking for an EASIER way (either through EQQAUDIT report, or WAPL or RESTAPI even) of determining when a zcentric job is delayed due to parallel server limitation being exceeded (AND what the limit was set to as users can change the limit to ZERO or some other number). The information is available in the ISPF dialog but nowhere else. We want to be able to find via DWC, RESTAPI, WAPL or EQQAUDIT when several zCentric jobs are experiencing a delay. Trying to use ISPF dialogs for this would have to be on a job by job basis which is impractical and time consuming.
