CARMA - refresh CARMA/Endevor Repository at connection time

When I start RDz the CARMA/Endevor Repository do not gets refreshed automatically at connection time. You have to do manual 'Refresh'. This is request to add authomatic refresh.

Remove the requirement for a transid to be specified so programs can be routed

Programs cannot be routed by CICS by their name alone. A transaction ID that can be routed also has to be specified. This restriction in some cases forces the use of a customised routing program to route programs dynamically.

When In endevor and I select a program I need to be able to see the compiled version that endevor saves. It most likely is a production program that was compiled 1 month to 2 years or longer ago.
