OTMA Flood Protection should allow use of all available private storage

IMS OTMA flood protection limit maximum is 9,999 messages. We have much more extended private defined in our system and should be able to take advantage of however much extended private we would like before going into flood protection.

Provide granularity for activating RRS

At present RRS can only be activiated via the RRS paremeter in the IMS Control region. The RRS overhead is excessive, so we need the ability to turn it on as and when needed, preferably at the individual transaction level.

Paul Lam of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) in Toronto has indicated a need to have IMS using ISC over TCP/IP to support the Front End Switch Feature. In IMS Version 13 and CICS TS Version 5.1 this facility is not supported.
