Kerberos support for pcomm 3270 sessions

For 5250 Sessions kerberos is implemented and available. Since we have customers running pcomm to connect to z-Series with 3270 sessions we would like to have kerberos support for the 3270 session types.

Kerberos sign on does not work in Personal Communications and Host on Demand

Currently, the current design of PCOMM and HOD doesn't support FQDN with alias host. This entry is opened fro Dev/L3 team to explore and check what API are available in C++ to support the alias hostname to resolve FQDN.
