Ability to use thePREFIX paramenter when using JOBNAME on an UPON statement in an MRT

You cannot use the PREFIX parameter when using JOBNAME on the UPON statement in an MRT. The alternative is to code this using the OTHERMSG statement but this is not as efficient.
