Instream temporary file names in Callgraph are unclear

To track this future enhancement, L3 support has asked for an RFE to be raised asking for improvement to the display of temporary datasets so it does not show strange names such as EZ_SYSIN_2613 for temporary datasets.

Ship as PDSE for performance
