RBD EGL Debug listener to be launched from IDEs other than VAGEN

IBM developed and EGL Debug Listener with the request of Halkbank. We can do End to End debugging from VAGEN GUI to EGL in RBD and back to VAGEN GUI. We want to have this facility for other IDEs also
