RDz Remote z/OS search - adding support for tape

Currently if you do 'Remote z/OS search', RDz can not find a dataset if it is being allocated on the tape, only if it is allocated on DASD. Please refer to PMR 93064,180,000. This is a very important feature.

Type-Processor Group relation needs a Refresh during the ADD Endevor

IN Endevor z/OS , there is a relation between the component type and the processor group . So we can view the list of the different processor groups for the type COBOL for example.

LPEX Editor ISPF commands don't all work in Uppercase

ISPF Commands should work in both upper and lower case for consistency in the user experience. Certain commands such as 'UNDO' only work in lower case. .

Notification on ended job

When submitting a jcl in rdz, I would like a notification when the job has finished. Some users may NOT want a nofitication so this behaviour shuold be controlled by a preference or by having as "submit with notification" menu option.
