Need "filters" to "hold" when copying to spreadsheet AND summary of avg response times for transactions

More analysis functions needed in CICS PA Plugin
We are trying to use CICS PA to look at average response times for a day and by the hour to assess performance.
Currently, I have to copy the Transaction Summary to a spreadsheet and spend a number of hours manipulating the data to produce the report that I need.
I need to remove CICS transactions from the mix. I can do that with a “filter” in PA HOWEVER the only easy way to get the data to Excel is to use “Select All” then “Copy”. The filter doesn't apply to that operation, so I get all the CICS transactions in my spreadsheet which I then have to go remove (taking more time).
So, I need a “Select All” that adheres to the view showing in the Transaction Summary screen in PA.
More importantly, I would very much like to see a PA plugin implemented method of selecting one/multiple/all user transactions and have the plugin calculate average response times by the (at least) the hour and a summary for the day. This would avoid hours of spreadsheet manipulation (which is also somewhat error prone).
So, something like this:
