Supersession Cached Passwords

When SuperSession is configured to re-validate a users password on the unlock screen via

NTD KLSSOPTS 'KLSOPTEU 1'

CL/Supersession does NOT update the already cached password if the users password has changed.

Cl/Supersession should compare the cached password with the password entered by the user and if different update the cached copy accordingly.

    can you tell me what this change was addressing? i do not believe it addressed changing a log on panel to show only one password field.
    please let me know what this was addressing.
