Bring back Compiler Message placement at the end of the Compiler Listing

In current versions of COBOL, compiler messages are placed in the middle of the listing, between the "Data Division Map" and the "Assembler Listing". This makes them hard to find and makes life harder and frustrating for the programmer when he/she must discover which program issues need to be dealt with.
What makes matters even more confusing is that some messages are in fact printed at the end of the listing, with a sum total of all messages at each level (I, W, E, S, T).
In previous versions, all messages were placed at the end of the listing as the last portion of the compiler listing. The programmer would view the listing and simply scroll to the bottom to reveal the messages.
It should be quite easy to solve this matter, by placing all compiler messages as the final element of the compiler listing.
