Enterprise Cobol V6 - Suppress conflict between the DYNAM and CICS options

The conflict between the DYNAM and CICS options could be resolved by implicitly introducing a compilation directive ">>CALLINTERFACE STATIC" before "EXEC CICS" and a compilation directive ">>CALLINTERFACE" after the "END-EXEC" clause.

Only calls to CICS routines need to be done in static call mode.
Other calls are allowed in dynamic mode, (currently they are done using a Cobol "CALL variable" instruction).

A problem can appear with the DYNAM option and the processing of EXEC SQL commands.
When the DYNAM option is active, the DSNHLI module is dynamically searched (steplib / joblib / linklist) even if it is added to the loadmodule by an INCLUDE command (DSNCLI for CICS, DSNELI for TSO) during the linkedit.
According to the CICS and DB2 order of declarations, the wrong DSNHLI module can be executed.
