Enterprise Cobol V6 - Suppress message IGYOS4097-I for "TEST(NODWARF)"

When using the "TEST(NODWARF)" compilation option without any other parameter (or with EJPD/NOEJPD), this triggers an IGYOS4097-I message:

IGYOS4097-I The TEST suboption values of SOURCE or SEPARATE are not allowed when NODWARF is in effect. The supported values of NOSOURCE and NOSEPARATE will be used instead.

We must therefore specify "TEST(NODWARF, NOSOURCE, NOSEPARATE").
The parameters NOSOURCE and NOSEPARATE should be implicit in the presence of NODWARF and not require to be indicated.
