DTCN profile repository selection in Debug Tool

in a MRO environment - if the VSAM file owning region is not up and running when the other regions referencing remote defined file starting up than it seems if TSQ was defined as repository DT will use the TSQ as a profile repository but it will not be shared.
It would be desirable to have the following options :
Option A : PROFILESOURCE=VSAM : Use only VSAM FILE(EQADPFMB)
Option B : PROFILESOURCE=TSQUEUE :Use only TSMODEL(DTCN1)
Option C : PROFILESOURCE=BOTH : Use a combination of both
FILE(EQADPFMB) and TSMODEL(DTCN1)

and / or if file owning region is not yet up - is there a possibility that the other regions can wait till the file owning regions is up and running?

It would be great if when DTCN is run that a message is displayed informing user that VSAM repository was setup but not available . This way we know right away there is a setup problem

    Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. However, your request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and vision and we have no plans to address your request in the near future. The request will be kept in Idea system and might be reassessed or reopened for additional feedback or voting in the future. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.
