When packaging PTFs for an existing EKMF-Web instance, ensure the install does not reset the permission bits on EKMF directories (the install copied in a complete replacement of directories with default settings)

When we upgraded to v2.1.0.3, the permissions set on the EKMF directories were reset back to the default settings. At this point only the owner ad READ access to the directories and we had to manually set permissions back to what we were using prior to the upgrade.

EKMF Web releases (including) v.2.1.0.6 PTF UI83941/APAR PH51520 and above will include and address the outlined issue.

Thanks Isabel, I believe when we encountered this issue we were using the PID delivery (ShopZ & SMP/e). I did not do the install so I'm not certain whether there was a pax step.

It is fixed, but you need to unpax with the correct options to ensure that the permission bits are preserved.

    Tested with the command

    pax -p pax -rvEf ekmf-web-product-2.1.0.6.pax
