Allow HLASM to run on an x86 Linux server

Currently the HLASM build only works on a Linux system running on a zSeries mainframe, this restriction means we must purchase an IFL and mainframe storage to run just one Linux server, a TPF Toolkit guest.
This IFL runs on the same hardware as our TPF production system so complicates disaster recovery procedures and adds to our mainframe licensing costs.
This RFE is to request that the HLASM rpm should include all the configuration files needed to correctly Assemble a TPF program on a x86 Linux server platform.

This RFE is one of a small group which had apparently been set aside incorrectly years ago and subsequently overlooked. We are sorry for the delay.

As HLASM is mostly written in IBM Z assembler, it cannot run on x86 architecture, regardless of configuration files, and it cannot be ported without a total rewrite, so this request is not practical.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Enterprise Tooling
Product - High Level Assembler (HLASM)

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Enterprise Tooling
Product - High Level Assembler (HLASM)
