Optimize code set conversion for character based PLI fields in ws converter code generated by RDz, xsebatch

PLI xml-converter generated by RDz, xsebatch suitable for IMS-SGW product interacts with SGW based on UTF-8 XML on one side. On the other side the converter interacts with IMS based on a choosable target CCSID.

During the request/response handling all character conversion is done using the intermediate UTF-16 code set. This intermediate UTF-16 is not needed and conversion should be done directly from/to configured CCSID whenever possible. This would reduce elapsed- and cpu time.

    We feel this is a valid requirement but delivery within the RFE 2 year window is not likely. Please resubmit in 12-18 months for reconsideration if still valid.
