Request IDz Editor to support(edit) SO/SI only(no DBCS) character in file.

When an z/OS memberinclude SI/SO only fieald, IDz Editor open read only mode.

There'are many customer's case that SO/SI only(no DBCS) character exists.

If IDz editor's Operability is same as ISPF editor,IDz will very useful many customers.(editable include SO/SI only fields in file )
