This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

It would be very useful to be able to run the “DBB” for more than one program at a time. That is, select two or more cobol programs, right click and launch a dependency based build for these two selected programs.
I understand the problem with the DBB wizard as the two selected cobol programs may not have the same dependencies, so one idea would be that this process would only apply if the dependencies you choose in the “Additional files to load” screen are the same for the initially selected programs.
A real use case that happens in our organization and in many others, is a change in a copy that affects dozens (or hundreds) of programs. Currently, the only way to compile with USerBuild to see if the programs affected by the copy change are still compiling, would be to go one by one and launch a USerBuild for each program, which as I say, can be hundreds.
Greetings and thanks
