Endevor enhansments. - CCID and description updates

CCID and descriptions are required in all shops that I have used Endevor in. These should be required fields. We would also like some help in filling these in. When a CCID is filled in also apply the same rule to the description.
First rule. When you retrieve an element from Endevor, you have the latest CCID and description. Automaticly populate with these values.
Second rule. Retain the last 10 to 15 CCID's Have a drop down of these CCID's so that I can change by a selection. Also if I select a different CCID, automaticly update the Description that goes with the CCID. When this table is built of the last 10 to 15 keep a link between the CCID and the description.
Third Rule: allow me to add a new CCID and Description to this table.
Ideal way would be to have the pull down created off an XCEL file that is configurable at the location.

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:

    Product family - Design & development
