INITONLY process for databases with primary and secondary indexes

AT&T has databases with primary and secondary indexes that require the init process however iRE cannot handle this. This would benefit the client and any other client who has a similar db requirement in disaster recovery. Currently, the iRE tool cannot handle an init of a db with primary and secondary indexes and we must rely on internal tools to perform this process. The intent of iRE is to be able to handle all db requirements in a DR exercise (or true Disaster) so without the enhancement, this cannot be provided to the client. I've attached the current BSYINITS skeleton member provided by IBM years ago (it is noted in the skeleton it is not for secondary indexes). Additional information can be provided if requested. Just a note, one of the problems with the skeleton appears to be in the way that iRE processes databases in alphabetical order instead of logically by db design. For the init to work in these circumstances, the db and primary index need to be processed together (assuming program used = HPSCMAIN) and then the secondary index(es) need(s) to be processed.
