IRE - Add feature to allocated OLDS 98 and 99

Noticed during DR exercises OLDS 98 and 99 are not added to #S02 recovery job to be reallocated in DR systems. Would it be possible to have IRE to reallocate them if the datasets exists on the live systems? All 259 IMS regions in customer's system has 98 and 99 defined.

    After further discussion with the customer, it was determined that the customer environment is more complex and this Idea will not address their needs. So the Idea will be closed.

    This Idea has been accepted and a proposed solution has been agreed with the customer. The target delivery date is not yet determined.
