Add JCL Generation Capability Using PGM=HPSCMAIN for DBs with Multiple DSGs in the InitOnly Option

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

The current initialization process supports only fast path and full-function DB initialization when a single DSG and primary index are associated with the database. However, our team has multiple applications with databases that require initialization during disaster recovery, and these databases contain multiple DSGs, along with a primary index and secondary indexes. This enhancement would enable the use of the Recovery Expert tool to meet these needs, eliminating the need for custom, homegrown recovery tools and ensuring standardization in the recovery process.

Attached is our INIT GENJCL skeleton member. Please advise on how to modify it to ensure the new functionality works correctly.

Today: GENTYPE=INIT is called per DBDS. So, JCL is generated for the INIT GENJCL skeleton member as described below. For DBD2, the generated JCL has duplicate job step and JCL DD statement is incomplete.

Proposed solution: New GENTYPE INITDB to be added. It is called per DBD. The generated JCL works fine if all DBDS are defined by DFSMDA module.
