Deploy on CICSTS5.1 using new integrated WAS v8.5 Liberty profile

CICS TS v5.1 has incorporated the WAS v8.5 Liberty profile.
It should therefore be possible to deploy EGL web transaction GatewayServlet, java wrappers and corresponding JSP's in WAS on CICSTS.
This will eliminate both the WAS and CTG (if EGL is deployed with commtype=CICSECI) components, which would give a less complex deployment environment.
There is still a need to wrap the java requests thru a "CTG similar" component to establish a COMMAREA that can be passed to the CICS Cobol load modules. This also includes a need for conversion to EBCDIC.
So in the csogw.properites file a new "commtype=CICSWAS ???" and "contable=csoE***" or similer is needed.

JCA Resource Adaptors are not supported in the CICS/WAS Liberty profile. Therefore the ECI call to the CICS COBOL load modules must be replaced with code similar to this using JCICS program link::

private static String revert(String s) throws CicsException {
Program ec01 = new Program();
ec01.setName("EC01");

byte[] bytes = s.getBytes();
ec01.link(bytes);
return new String(bytes);
}

This links from Java in CICS/Liberty to EC01 - a COBOL program which returns data in commarea.
Here the commarea must be 'translated' from/to ascii using the "contable=csoE***" property.
