Convert all BJTDBASE tablespaces to Partition by Growth (PBG)

Currently, the DDL supplied with ITOM for all Db2 objects in the ITOM BJTDBASE database creates all base tablespace objects as classic segmented tablespaces, which have been deprecated by Db2 development for at least 3 years now.  The recommended type for all regular (non-range partitioned) base tablespaces is now Partition By Growth, aka PBG.  Therefore, this enhancement request is for IBM to provide a procedure and job to convert all base tablespaces in the BJTDBASE database from segmented to Partition by Growth.   The job would simply consist of the appropriate ALTER TABLESPACE statements followed by a DB2 Reorg of each altered tablespace.
