enable e3270 users to close situations

Hi,
The TEP client of Omegamon (all Omegamons) has the capability to close pure event based situations. The TEP client is getting harder and harder for customers to be able to run. This is because browser based java support is eroding and java webstart is deprecated by Oracle in recent versions of Java.

The equivalent capability is needed in the strategic UI e3270.

There is no other way of closing the pure event situations and customers are getting very annoyed. If the events are not closed they stay in place and make managing by situations useless as they fill up the screen (hence you can't see more important situations).

Pure event situations are usually very common.
