Create base64 auth token from credentials in the Swagger UI of z/OS Connect API Editor

The into the z/OS Connect API Editor
integrated Swagger UI allows an easy testing of z/OS Connect API services. The only thing for which you still need a separate tool is the generation of the base64 auth token which is being needed when calling secured API services in z/OS Connect.

Please provide a functionality to create this base64 auth token from existing or new credentials managed by z/OS Connect API Editor.

Please also provide the capability to hide the generated base64 auth token like a password.

IBM z/OS Connect EE is a continuous delivery offering, and aims to satisfy the needs of a rapidly evolving market segment. Product strategy evolves and requirements are continuously evaluated against that strategy. Whilst this RFE might be valid and we might look to deliver longer term, this RFE is being rejected at this time.
