Raise more error details to calling client

When an error occurs in a service in CICS, an ABEND ASRA for instance, it would be very helpful if the description of the error was raised up in the detail field up to the API calling client. For instance, instead of of receiving just ""errorMessage": "BAQR0404W: Service api_qd5015a encountered an error while processing a request under URL https://sbmv04:9410/api_qd5015a/newPath1."
with detail = blank, it would be very helpful to have the same message but with a detail equal to "BAQR0657E: Transaction abend ASRA occurred in CICS while using CICS connection IPICCICS and service QD5015A.1.0.0"
This applies to any service error description. It would be very helpful.

    I think this RFE has been declined for wrong reasons. It has been misunderstood. The suggestion of the other RFE 96036 that would maybe help has nothing to do with the request. The information we request be put in the detail field is already available to z/Os Connect. I ask for reconsideration. And maybe to contact me to have more details if needed. Thanks.

    This requirement has been evaluated. Looking at current plans, it is not likely that this would be implemented in future zOS Connect EE releases, so correspondingly this requirement is being rejected. You have an opportunity to resubmit in twelve months time if you wish it to be considered then.

    RFE 96036: http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewChangeRequest&CR_ID=96036 should help with providing more meaningful responses to the API caller for application errors.

    For internal debugging, we are currently looking at enhancements to product monitoring and diagnostics. If you have any requirements that would improve the diagnostics available to an internal application support team we would love to hear them.
