Support multiple containers when calling a CICS program using channel

Although WOLA supports multiple containers when invoking a CICS program using a channel interface, z/OS Connect EE only supports a single channel.

    This requirement is addressed by z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition V3.0.

    This enhancement is achieved through the use of the new CICS service provider, which delivers full interoperability for CICS channel programs, through IP interconnectivity (IPIC) connectivity for CICS TS.

    This is critical to support current web service migration to REST without code rewrites for z/OS Connect to be considered.
