Allow changing the number of lines when loading with pdsUtil

When reloading a PDS member on a ZDT disk the source and target must have the same number of rows

This is blocking when you have to customize a PDS member by increasing the number of rows you can not reload this member.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us; However, your request for enhancement is not currently aligned with our product strategy and vision and we have no plans to address your request in the near future. Again, thank you for your suggestion and continued support.
Some further comments: zPDT maps zOS files to Linux file system files. So, if one wants to update a PDS member it works fine if the size is exactly same and it can be written back to the same location. If the size of the PDS is increased then a) we cannot guarantee there is space in the Linux FS to allow the rewrite and b) there may be issues with the PDS directory.

Would it be possible for the sysprog of the real LPAR to create a new load parm specifically for the ZD&T users to IPL the system, so that when it is extracted you just tell ZD&T to IPL based on this new load parm? Then you wouldn't need to inject it into the existing load parm.
