LCP (screen VPCPLCS3) : provide a script to export backup details and allow them to be written to a GDG.

When managing the safeguarded capacity multipliers for volumes in LCP, it would be very helpful to be able to see how exceptional volumes have behaved over the last week or so. Currently the 'EXPORT' command in panel VPCPLCS3, " Logical Corruption Protection SafeGuarded Copy Statistics" can only write out to a pre-defined sequential dataset. 

I would like : 

 - for the EXPORT to be able to write to a (+1) GDG, with the required DCB (LRECL=133, RECM=FB ?)

- for a script to be provided that does the export, so we can add it to the LCP capture process, or run it on a timer

- (nice to have) - the option of writing the export output in tabular format, or csv.
