Extend GDPS BCPii functionality to alter LPAR Image (ICNTL) values such as Weight and Cap values

We would like to be able to alter LPAR Image and Cap values using GDPS.

    We have a program using BCPii to do this. As only 1 out of 8 customers are using GDPS, we will continue to use our own program.

    We currently use LPAR Management to do this. Using GDPS would be better for us and remove bespoke code.

    Currently we use a self-written program to do this via BCPii. But the idea to GDPS instead is good.

    We currently do this via the HMC. We see this as more of value at both the PROCOPS and GDPS level.

    This would be a nice feature for us.
    At the moment we use PROCOPS with own written panels to temporary activate ressources (CPs) or change defined capacity.

    We do not wish to alter LPAR Image/capping (or any performance related) values via GDPS.
