Ability to configure number of lines within a JCL being submitted through zOS Explorer

A very large JCL being submitted through zOS Explorers JMON interface, are using a large part of the ECSA for inter task communication between the RSED and JMON tasks.
Ultimately leaving limited ECSA available for other system communications.
It should be possible to safeguard the system from such misuse of the resources, this could be done via a configuration setting on how many lines a JCL being submitted are allowed to contain.
This can be defined as a warning threshold  and an error threshold.

Alternatively, the 2 tasks should not use the ECSA for the inter task communication.

    Hi,

We are evaluating this idea and we could implement this scenario of submitting the JCL from the z/OS Explorer client, since the current configuration will not be available for submitting the JCL via dataset. Would this be okay with you?

    Thank you,

A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.
