Allow current plan to be automatically rebuilt with correct status information after a refresh of the plan (dialog option 9.5)

Currently it is possible to recreate the current plan from the long term plan after a CP refresh, with loss of all status information.  However many customers add most of their worklad dynamically, and dynamically added occurrences are not handled by the re-creation of the current plan.  This makes it impossible to recover the current plan except by a lengthy manual process (and some status is going to be lost, or jobs may not run at all or be run multiple times).  Using WAPL, before  it is necessary to perform the refresh,  listings can be created for all occurrences in status  C, W, E, S, and for any occurrence that is in started (S) or error (E) status a further report can be run showing the status of all the operations within the occurrence.  This goes for dynamically added workload as well as planned  (run cycle) workload.  With the output from these reports a tool could be created that would ensure that the status of every occurrence and every operation within certain occurrences be set correctly., eliminating or greatly reducing the amount of manual effort (which can take days or weeks) to correctly recover the current plan status and allow normal  business operations to continue as usual.
