Improve Workload scheduler on z/OS integration with Dynamic Domain manager

Today the only option avaibale to manage the integration between a TWSz Controller with a Dynamic Domain Manager environment configured in High Availability (Primary & Secondary) is using the Primary & Alternate workstation (where the Primary Work Station is pointing to the Primary DDM and the alternate Work Station is pointing to the Secondary DDM).
In this way if the primary DDM is not available the z/OS TWS controller will attempt to work with the DDM infrastructure using the alternate DDM.

This solution can sometime create some trouble during DDM switch if they are not managed properly.
