    DEDB DBFUMIN0 DB utility and ACBLIB

    DBFUMIN0 requires the ACBLIB library. During IMS version migration in an IMSPLEX environnement, the utility fails because it ran in IMS V12 and ACBLIB was still in V11. DBFUMIN0 should be able to run with the DBDLIB to be not release dependant.
