When hitting "Retrurn" with the cursor in the middle of a commentary, the current line shall be splitted. The resulting new line should start with an * immediately followed by the text right of the original cursor position.

Auto populate change set comments

Our shop requires comments on a change prior to delivery. If the comment could be auto populated with the impacted elements (program, design, segment, ...), it would make change set manipulation & promotions simpler.
