AD2S documentation

User response assigned to AD2S only references a solution if there is a security problem.

Based on the following information from IBM support expand the user response to check for cancelled threads being the cause of the AD2S abends.

1) The CICS DB2ENTRY uses protected threads. A prior task uses that
protected thread.
2) When that task is finished with the thread, CICS does not terminate
the thread. Instead, CICS protects it for like about 45 seconds in case
some other task is going to come along and use it.
3) During those 45 seconds while no task is using the thread, DB2
cancels the thread. CICS does not know about the cancel at this point.
CICS will not know about it until the first time CICS uses the thread
after the cancel.
4) A task comes along to do an SQL call an CICS gives the task this
thread.
5) The 1st call over fails with the 00F30018. If that 1st call had to
do with signon, the the task fails with abendAD2S.

    This requirement is satisfied by CICS TS 5.2 which is generally available from June 13th 2014.

    This requirement is satisfied by CICS TS 5.2 which was announced 7th April 2014 with a planned general availability date of June 13th 2014. For more information see the IBM CICS Transaction Server for  z/OS, V5.2 announcement letter

    Clarification - the documentation only refers to a sercurity definition problem
