Expose MQ API options in CICS aux trace

We constantly find ourselves trying to debug MQ related activity in CICS. Many of these issue relate to applications setting MQ options incorrectly, and this happens many times unbeknownst to them. CICS sysprogs also many time do not have access to touch much in MQ, and the MQ team have little quick solutions to help debug MQ applications. From a CICS perspective out feels natural to be able to see the MQ API calls in a CICS aux trace much like we can see socket API calls. We can target certain transactions, and by maybe setting RI to 2 we can have the MQ API calls exposed in the CICS aux trace. Thus, this is an enhancement request to the CICS MQ interface to expose the MQ API options in the CICS trace output.
