This portal is to open public enhancement requests against IBM Z Software products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Opened on behalf of the customer. Here is the description of the issue/problem:
If I use a regular edit session (under z/OS Projects view) to open a C
member then select an include file and press F3, I can open the
selected .H file in that edit session.
If I do the same thing in a Debug Tool by invoking a debug session for
a given module and selecting the same .H file as in the regular edit
session, I get the message "Include file could not be opened".Is this
supposed to work under the Debug Tool session under RD/z? I'm not sure
if I have ever done this under DT before but just under "EDIT".
I note that the PDSE where the .H file resides in in the "User
Libraries" portion of the ELAXFCPC. Is there an equivalent to be
defined under DT to allow a similar opening of the .H file in DT?
Regards,
Kevin
