Need IDz v16 to be installable with Installation Manager

IDz v16 is currently only installable via Eclipse P2: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6826641

Installation process of earlier versions was with Installation Manager and it would be easier to upgrade to v16 if IM was also available.

Thank you for taking the time to suggest an enhancement to our product. Many of our product enhancements result from feedback from our customers, so your input is always very important to us. Your request is currently in line with our product strategy and we added it as a candidate for future releases of the product. Thank you for your suggestion and continued support.

Eclipse P2 does allow command line installation and upgrade via the P2 director. I've setup installations that use P2 by extracting the initial zip file, then adding plugins as needed.

Keep in mind, you CAN NOT upgrade to v16 from v15 or earlier. Because it is a new Eclipse build, it is an entirely new install. So, expect to install it side by side. I recommend installing side by side and after a period of time that the older release has been deprecated, you can remove it from the desktop either by an SCCM action, or network script.
