Provide License Strategy during installation for Value Unit Licensing (Host Based Licensing)

During installation of IDz the product defaults to using the Trial License and then allows for the setting of various license types.  There is currently no setting for Value Unit Licensing (host based licensing) and if the trial license in effect for a user has expired the user may be blocked from entering the application.  If the P2 licensing files and directory are missing the application is also blocked.   It would be clearer if there was a setting to have the product understand that a host login is required to obtain a current license using the Value Unit Licensing construct.

This becomes significant if the application is repackaged by a business for deployment possibly causing an expired Trial license file to be deployed.
