After further review and investigation, we have decided to decline this RFE. IMS Database Recovery Facility can still recover to any timestamp regardless of the number of updates inflight at that time. The "PITR OPEN UOW / UOR REPORT" output by Database Recovery Facility during a Point in Time Recovery can be used to show any transactions that occurred after the timestamp to which you recovered.
