Generate EGL Called Prog as Library call for Java

We would like to have an EGL generation option that allows to generate calls to EGL Programs with the same efficiency as Library Calls.

KBC important features are:

1) Performance equals library calls
2) Preservation (as much as possible) of a separate generation per program.
3) We do not want to change existing program code.
4) We want to retain the semantics of a normal program call. We allow the restriction that the types of parameters to be exchanged between caller and callee must be identical, for this type of linking.

We would like to discuss a draft of the technical design with IBM.

    This feature has been delivered for Java generation in fix pack 8.0.1.2. Implementation for COBOL generation is in plan for a future fix pack.
