We need more descriptive information regarding production runtime errors (using RDZ). This includes the location of errors (e.g. program name and line number) in addition to the nature of the problem. Working storage information would be helpful too.

cobolgen for V7 and up already provides the line number (if known), function name, and program name for any of the runtime or exception errors that come up. The nature of the error is indicated by the error message text. Depending on the environment you are running, they can be found in one of the sysout spool files, or the ELAD cics queue.
